Its chemical composition primarily includes titanium (≥99.2%), with trace elements like oxygen (≤0.25%), iron (≤0.30%), and hydrogen (≤0.015%). This grade is non-magnetic and has excellent biocompatibility. It has a tensile strength of about 345 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and an elongation of 20%. Its density is low (4.51 g/cm³), providing a high strength-to-weight ratio. This grade is widely used in aerospace, medical implants, and marine environments.
